Description
The Inorganic Chlorine Granules by CF. Group offers an uncompromising, rapid water sanitation solution for sudden algal blooms or heavy bacterial contamination.
Since this product contains no chlorine stabiliser, the pure chlorine is 100% active and effective immediately. It eradicates contaminants and germs at record speed, naturally breaking down back to standard baseline levels within just a few hours. This makes it the ultimate rescue treatment for anyone looking to rapidly restore safe, crystal-clear water after a busy pool party or a sudden thunderstorm.
Highlights:
- No chlorine stabiliser: Contains no cyanuric acid, ensuring the chlorine is immediately fully active and effective.
- Rapid action: Destroys bacteria and algae exceptionally quickly as the chlorine is released instantly upon contact.
- Residue-free dissolution: The fine powder dissolves completely in water without leaving any deposits or placing a strain on your filtration system.
Application:
- Adjust the pH level to sit between 7.0 and 7.6.
- Adjust the free chlorine level to sit between 0.3 and 1.5 mg/l.
- Ideally, pre-dissolve the granules in a chemical dosing tank and feed it into the water via an automated dosing system.
- Alternatively, completely dissolve the granules inside a bucket of water and slowly pour the solution into the pool along the edge of the basin.
- For Shock Chlorination: Use 100 to 150 g per 10 m³ of pool water to effectively eliminate germs and algae rapidly.
- For Initial Pool Fillings: Dose approx. 70 g per 10 m³ of pool water to instantly purify and sanitise fresh top-up water.
- For Continuous Chlorination: Add approx. 20 to 30 g in dissolved form per 10 m³ of pool water every 2 to 3 days.
Pro Tip:
Because unstabilised chlorine does not have a built-in sunshield, always apply this treatment at dusk. This allows the chlorine to work at maximum efficiency throughout the night without being broken down by destructive solar UV radiation.
Important Note:
When preparing the solution in a bucket, always add the water first, then carefully stir in the granules. Never add water to dry chemicals to prevent dangerous splashing.
