The Winterising Agent by CF. Group solves the problem of algae-covered pool walls and stubborn limescale crusts during winter when the filtration system is shut down.

Because algae form the perfect breeding ground for bacteria, this specialised formula blocks their growth from the outset while simultaneously protecting the pool surface from scale-induced discolouration. The active ingredients remain stably active in the water throughout the winter months, preventing dirt from bonding to the surfaces. This massively reduces the cleaning effort required the following spring and noticeably lowers the volume of sanitiser needed for the new season start-up.

Application for Soft to Medium Water (up to 20°dH):

• Adjust the pH level to sit between 7.0 and 7.6.
• Lower the water level to approximately 20 cm below the height of the return jets.
• Use 300 ml per 10 m³ of pool water.
• Pre-dilute the required amount with 10 times its volume of water.
• Pour the solution slowly into the pool along the edge of the basin.

Application for Hard Water (from 20°dH):

• Adjust the pH level to sit between 7.0 and 7.6.
• Lower the water level to approximately 20 cm below the height of the return jets.
• Use 600 ml per 10 m³ of pool water.
• Pre-dilute the required amount with 10 times its volume of water.
• Pour the solution slowly into the pool along the edge of the basin.

Pro Tip:
Always use an original winter pool cover when winterising your pool.
During milder winter periods, a secondary top-up dose of the wintersing fluid is highly recommended.

This product must not be used in fish ponds.
