Krystal Clear Saltwater System QS500 (Model: ECO5220/ECO5230)
Switching to a saltwater system might be better for you especially if your skin and eyes are sensitive to chlorine. It helps prevent your pool water from turning green and softens the water as well - and with up to 70% less chlorine. Expensive chemical products are thus no longer required. The salt will be hardly noticeable with the right dosage.
This model is designed for a maximum pool volume of 26,500 L. 3 to 4 kg/m 3 of sea salt will be required for operation (not included in the delivery). For best results, the filter system should have a circulation capacity of at least 2,650 L/h or 2.65 m3/h. The saltwater system has three self-cleaning modes (6/10/14 hour cycles). Plus, it features a user-friendly control panel with display and a flow sensor.

NOTE: Salt water systems are not suitable for use with steel wall pools, stainless steel pools as well as bronze and stainless steel components. If a stainless steel ladder is used, a zinc plate will be required for equipotential bonding.
